AThere are several reasons why you would want to use this tool:

  1. Less paperwork for your office
  2. This tool is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  3. This tool allows the Assessor's Office to process your declaration schedule more efficiently.

QWhat if my list of assets has not changed from the previous year's declaration schedule?

AGo to the Personal Property Online Account Detail. Enter your Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) and Schedule Number, view your assets, and click the box that indicates "No Changes" from last year's declaration schedule. Select the Submit for Review button.

QWhat if I can't log in?

AIf your FEIN is not recognized it will not allow you into the system. It may not be on file in our office or may be registered incorrectly. You may fax your FEIN number on Company Letterhead to the Personal Property Department at (970) 498-7070.

ANo, the Personal Property Online tool does not support that operation. However, you may attach any additional documentation or an excel sheet to your online filing to indicate these changes.

QI prefer not to file online. Do I have any other options?

AYou may download a blank Personal Property Declaration Schedule from our website that can be faxed or mailed to our office. Call 970-498-7057 or email us at hintzdl@larimer.org with any questions.
