*4. FISHER EXEMPTION APPEAL, FILE #17-GNRL0426: Request: A request to be exempt from the Subdivision regulations. If approved one new lot will be created by Findings and Resolution and without the benefit of a subdivision approval; Located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Highway 14 (E. 6. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION PLANNING DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE INCREASE: Request: Adoption of amendments to a portion of the Planning application fees and establishing an automatic annual inflationary adjustment for all Planning application fees.
