*1. BRIDGES MINOR LAND DIVISION, FILE #15-S3317: Request: Divide a two-acre parcel from an agricultural parcel. This will allow one buildable lot and one non-buildable lot until such time as an additional subdivision process is completed on the agricultural parcel; located West of Wellington on County Road 64 between County Roads 9 and 11.
*2. MARTIN APPEAL, FILE #15-PSP0084: Request: Appeal to Section 4.3.10.H.2.c to allow a detached Accessory Living Area to be 1,016 sq. ft.; located north of County Road 48 (Vine Drive) and East of County Road 5 at 1148 Salmon Run.
*3. GLACIER VIEW MEADOWS 8TH FILING LOTS 61 & 621 LOT CONSOLIDATION AND EASEMENT VACATION, FILE #15-3319: Request: A Lot Consolidation to combine two lots and vacate the 10-foot wide utility easements located on each side of the existing common lot line. If approved, the recording instrument for this application will be a Findings and Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners; located approximately 240 feet east of the intersection of Mount Harvard Road and Crestone Court
*4. FRANK EXEMPTION PARCELS 1 & 2 AMENDED PLAT, FILE #15-S3322: Request: Exemption to revise the parcels to reflect Rights-of-way acquired by condemnation and to clarify other rights-of-way and easements reflected on the plat; located off of Boyd Lake Avenue north of Highway 34
*5. CHINOOK LANE RIGHT OF WAY VACATION, FILE #15-S3321: Request: To vacate a 4.9 foot arc of the right of way of Chinook Lane along the western boundary of the property; located along the western end of Chinook Lane at 3625 Mariah Lane
*6. MCGREW MINOR LAND DIVISION, FILE #15-S3318: Request: Minor Land Division to create two parcels from a parcel totaling 20.3 acres. A 3.3 acre parcel would be created to accommodate dam improvements for North Poudre Irrigation; a 16.5-acre lot will be created for the existing residence. A lot size appeal to allow creating the 3.3 acre lot is not a part of this application, because a future Add-On Agreement will be completed; located on the north side of CR 64 and north of Wellington east of CR 9.
