*1. ESTES VALLEY DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 4.3, 5.2, AND 13.3 –ACCESSORY KITCHENS: Request: The objective of this proposed code amendment is to revise the EVDC to do the following:
· Modify the Accessory Kitchens section in the Estes Valley Development Code to remove certain unenforceable and/or irrelevant provisions;
· Add EVDC language to provide that outdoor kitchens can be built or maintained, and also adds a definition to Code for “Kitchen, Outdoor”.
*2. CONLEY EXEMPTION PARCELS 2 & 3 LOT CONSOLIDATION FILE #17-LAND3625: Request: A Lot Consolidation to combine Lots 2 and 3, Conley Exemption. If approved, the recording instrument for this application will be a Findings and Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners; located northwest of Drake, off County Road 43.
*3. CRYSTAL LAKES 15TH LOTS 15 & 16 LOT CONSOLIDATION AND EASEMENT VACATION, FILE #17-LAND3627: Request: Consolidate Lots 15 and 16 of Crystal Lakes 15th PUD into one lot and vacate the two 10’ utility easements that are platted between lots 15 and 16; located on the west side of Crystal Lakes on Mosquito Drive between Maya and Oto Ct.
*4. GARDELS MINOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT LOTS 1 AMENDED PLAT FILE #17-LAND3626: Request: Amended Plat of the Gardels MRD AP of Lot 1 of the AP of Lot 3 of the AP of Lot 1 of the AP of Lot 1 Gardels MRD AP and the AP of Lot 2 of Gardels MRD and Lot 3 of Gardels MLD & OFF, LLC BLA. To create two contiguous lots in order to expand the City of Loveland's Wastewater Treatment Plant; located North of Hwy 402 and the Big Thompson River and East of CR 13
*5. S BAR G CONSERVATION DEVELOPMENT LOT 3 REPLAT FILE #16-LAND3586: Request: Preliminary Plat for a subdivision of Lot 3, S Bar G Conservation Development, to create a 2.5 acre vacant lot and a 6 acre lot around an existing residence; located ¼ mile west of Highway 1 on the north side of Douglas Road.

FERGUSON APPEAL, FILE #17-GNRL0413: Request: Appeal to Sections 4.3.2.I & 18.2.1.E of the Larimer County Land Use Code which prohibit the use of manufactured homes as a storage building or other non-residential use; located west of N. County Road 15 approximately 700 feet south of the intersection of N. County Road 15 and W. County Road 74

COLORADO HERITAGE CODE COMPLIANCE, FILE #12-CC0180: Request: The property owner is in violation of the Larimer County Land Use Code, Section 4.1.5 Open Zoning which doesn’t allow junk yards, Section 4.3.10F for storing vehicles on a vacant property, and Section R105.1 of the 2015 International Residential Code for using a greenhouse structure as a storage building without a building permit; located at 1676 Blue Mountain Trail, Lyons
