*1.    ANTELOPE RUN ESTATES RLUP PLAT VACATION, FILE #16-LAND3558:  Request:  I move that the Board of County Commissioners Approve the Boots Minor Land Division file #16-LAND3561 subject to the condition(s) as outlined above and authorization for the chairman to sign the plat when the conditions are met and the plat is presented for signature;  located northwest of Wellington, between County Roads 9 and 11, south of a line extending eastward from County Road 76 where it intersects with County Road 11.

*2.    BOOTS MINOR LAND DIVISION, FILE #16-LAND3561; Request:  Minor Land Division to create a 15 acre single family residential lot and a 20 acre lot not for residential purposes to be acquired by the City of Fort Collins, which will be restricted from further development; located at the south end of Gindler Ranch Road south of Stout at the south end of Horsetooth Reservoir.

*3.    POUDRE CITY #2 LOTS 1, 2 & 3 LOT CONSOLIDATION, FILE #16-LAND3566:  Request:  Lot Consolidation to consolidate lots 1, 2, & 3 of the Poudre City #2 Subdivision; located south of Highway 14 and south of the Poudre River; located at 72 Crown Point Drive.

*4.    POUDRE CITY #2 LOTS 11 & 12 LOT CONSOLIDATION, FILE #16-LAND3568:  Request:  Lot Consolidation to consolidate lots 11 & 12 of the Poudre City #2 Subdivision; located south of Highway 14 and south of the Poudre River; located at 226 Crown Point Drive, Bellvue.

*5.    POUDRE SPRINGS 2ND TRACT D EASEMENT VACATION, FILE #16-LAND3562:  Request:  Easement Vacation of the 10’ utility and drainage easement along the southern (side) lot line of Tract D, Poudre Springs 2nd Filing;  located at 120 Zuni Drive, east of Pingree Park Road.

PUBLIC HEARING DISCUSSION ITEM :

6.     RUBBISH ORDINANCE, SECOND READING, FILE #16-CODE0203 :  Request:  Second reading of proposed changes to the Ordinance Concerning Accumulation and Removal of Rubbish No. 11172008O001 concerning changes to:

                  1.  Sections 4 & 6 regarding the current name of the Community Development Director, and

                  2.  Section 7 to regarding the ability of the Board of County Commissioners to waive fees.

7.     ANIMAL ORDINANCE, SECOND READING, FILE #16-CODE0202 :  Request:  Second reading concerning an Amendment to Animal Control in the Unincorporated Territory of Larimer County, Revised Ordinance No. 1112200O001 concerning changes to:

Sec. 6-126. Enforcement personnel.
