Once construction on the new facility is complete, fund generated from the sales and use tax will then be redirected to The Bridge Fund.

The Bridge Fund is dedicated funding aimed at ensuring that people are able to get the services they need when and where they need it by bridging the gaps in the continuum of care.  The great majority of people in the County who need mental health and/or substance use disorder services simply continue to suffer without help, putting great physical, emotional, and financial strain on themselves, their families, and our community.

Reducing barriers to an appropriate levels of care is a priority of this initiative.  This Bridge Fund is dedicated to removing the most common barriers people experience such as cost of care and cost of medications, transportation, reducing wait times by increasing capacity where possible, increasing access to care in rural areas and increasing care coordination for those with intensive case management needs.

Check back for additional information on the Bridge Fund as it becomes available.
