Description Responsible for adopting a long-range master plan for the physical development of the unincorporated territory of the County; reviews and makes recommendations on zoning, rezoning, subdivisions and Special Reviews.

Qualifications Applicants must be residents of Larimer County and be at least eighteen years of age.
Term length 3
Meets Public Hearing on third Wednesday of every month; Joint worksession with Commissioners usually the second Wednesday of every month, 1:30 p.m. Field Trip, 5:00 p.m. Dinner, 6:30 p.m. Public Hearing; Joint Worksession 5:30 p.m. Dinner, 6:00 p.m. Worksession
