Meeting Agenda and Minutes

The Flood Review Board reviews the exact boundaries of the Floodway and Flood-Fringe zones, special permit applications, variance petitions from the Flood Plain Regulations and petitions to expand non-conforming uses and structures.

The Flood Review Board was created by the enactment of flood zoning regulations in Larimer County. In recent years the Flood Review Board has considered projects near streams and rivers associated with the Little and Big Thompson Rivers, the Poudre River, the Fossil Creek drainage basin, the Boxelder/Cooper Slough, and Dry Creek.
