Chair – Susanne called the meeting to order @7:00 PM

Agenda was adopted as written.

Minutes were adopted with changes.

Communication Items:

            Members:        Nancy – Requested information on the land next to CLP Jr High. The status is unknown.

                                    Paul – He heard of a 10 acre sub division on North Taft Hill Road. Jill believed that it is a divide in half sub that has not gotten to the County yet.

Discussion Items:        County Road 54G Renaming

            LAPAC was given a compilation of all of the names that were given to us to replace 54G. Through the process of elimination we pared the list down to 4.

1)   LaPorte Main St

2)   Colona Gateway Rd

3)   Cavalry Outpost Rd

4)   Fur Trappers Rd

            Jill will get a card created to go out to each property owner on 54G. It will…

1)   Ask if the owner wants the name of 54g changed.

2)   If the name were changed which of the four choices would they choose.

If the majority of returned cards want a change then the name will be the name with the highest number of votes.
