Minutes – February 19, 2008

Susanne called the meeting to order @7:05 PM
- Adoption of agenda – Susanne made a motion to approve as
presented, Ed S. 2nd, approved unanimously.
- Minutes from the January 15,2008 meeting – Andre made
motion to approve, Nancy 2nd. Edited to show that the advisory
committee had recommended that the County Commissioners investigate
adopting 1041 powers. Motion approved unanimously.
Communications:
- A question was asked about the Jax’s Thunderdome. Andre
stated that he thought he saw panels missing from the ceiling. As far as
everyone knows the property is being improved and the Thunderdome project
is continuing.
- Jill – Neighborhood Meetings. Neighborhood meetings are
the responsibility of the applicant. It is the applicant’s responsibility
to get the needed addresses from Larimer County’s web site. After that a
reduced copy of the plat is sent out to the same list of people. This plat
is also sent out to any additional people that showed up at the
neighborhood meeting.
The 1041 process is moving forward
in the county.
Personal Appearances:
Mark Loader – The Holnam Re-Plat is proceeding.
The project is now called “The Big Horn Development”. The residents that wanted
out of the project have not yet been allowed out of the development.
