Citizen Information Center

The Citizen Information Center in the Clerk and Recorder's Office' Recording Department is a one-stop, walk-in shop for the following services: record legal documents; obtain property records information; apply for marriage and civil union licenses; buy county maps, Colorado Search and Rescue cards, and county park permits; register your pet; petition for liquor licenses, gather County Board of Equalization information; purchase notary services; complete special event permits; and process a passport application and get your photo. It is located on the first floor of the Larimer County Courthouse Offices building, 200 W. Oak Street, in downtown Fort Collins. The hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
