Higher Education Enrollment and Tuition - At a time when state and local sales tax revenues are declining, it appears likely higher education will be hit with budget reductions. Tuition for resident undergraduate students at Colorado State University has risen 89% in the last decade and will likely continue to increase in the future. (8/24/09)
