February 5, 2008 Caucus Information

NOTE: The February 5, 2008 Caucus is conducted by the Democratic and Republican parties. The Larimer County Elections Department does not conduct Caucus or provide ballots for Caucus.

Both major political parties have information regarding the 2008 Caucus on their website.

TO VOTE AT CAUCUS, YOU MUST:

  1. Have affiliated with the Democratic or Republican political party no later than December 5, 2007 - on your voter registration record in the Elections Department.
  2. Have registered to vote (using your current residential address) with Larimer County Elections no later than January 7, 2008.

    Note: If you move within the state of Colorado between January 8, 2008 and February 5, 2008 and are registered to vote, you may participate and vote at the caucus in the precinct of your former residence.

Any registered elector who turns eighteen or who has become a naturalized citizen after December 5, 2007, may vote at caucus. You will need to contact the party prior to caucus regarding establishing your eligibility to vote.
