LARIMER COUNTY ELECTIONS DEPARTMENT
PUBLIC LOGIC AND ACCURACY TESTING
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes 1-7-509 (2) (a) & (b), the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder Elections Department will conduct a public logic and accuracy test of voting equipment to occur between Monday, October 5th and Wednesday, October 7th, 2009.
The purpose of this test is to determine that Larimer County's voting machines accurately record valid votes and also properly reject overvotes and undervotes. Representatives from political parties, members of the press and the general public are welcome to observe the testing.
