Beginning Monday October 8th, 2012, as part of the culvert and drainage maintenance program, Larimer County Road and Bridge Department will replace the culvert at the North Poudre Canal. 
 
County Road 13 will be closed 300 feet north of the intersection of County Road 13 and CR 68, and .9 miles South of County Road 70 (The Owl Canyon Road) on October 8 and 9th, weather permitting. Road and Bridge is working to complete this project quickly in order to minimize the impact to residents in the area as well as all citizens of Larimer County, while maintaining the road system.
