Larimer County, Colorado—Larimer County Solid Waste Department offers a public televised hearing on Proposed Fee Schedules for 2010 for the Landfill and Berthoud/Wellington/Red Feather Transfer Stations prior to the Board of County Commissioners Budget Hearing.

• Minimum load fee: (less than ½ cubic yard) would be eliminated.
• Loose waste: Cars (non-commercial) $5.34 per cubic yard, trucks (non-commercial) $5.42 per cubic yard and commercial loads $5.52 per cubic yard.
• Tree limbs, yard waste: Cars (non-commercial) $5.34 per cubic yard, trucks (non-commercial) $5.42 per cubic yard and commercial trucks $5.52 per cubic yard.
• Compacted trash: $6.32 per cubic yard.
• Rubble, asphalt, shingles, tree trunks, concrete, and dirt: $6.14 per cubic yard for non-commercial cars, $6.22 per cubic yard for non-commercial trucks and $6.32 per cubic yard for commercial loads.
• Animal carcasses: $12 per 100 lbs. plus the 9-, 17-, or 27-cent surcharge depending upon the type of vehicle.
• Appliances with Freon: $23 each plus vehicle surcharge.
• Car body fees: $50 each plus vehicle surcharge.
• Tires: Auto and light truck (up to 16.5” rim diameter) $4.25each. Truck (17-24” rim diameter fee $5.85 each. Heavy equipment (larger than 24” rim diameter $19 each. Chopped or shredded tires charged as loose waste.

• Minimum load less than ½ yard: Cars, $6.42 per load; trucks $6.50 per load.
• Loose waste: Cars $8.52 per cubic yard; trucks $8.60 per cubic yard.
