Licensing Agreement and Dataset Limitations

The datasets and/or maps are being purchased are neither legally recorded maps or surveys, and are not intended to be used as such. The DATA is a unique compilation of records, information and data from various city, county, state, federal offices, and other sources and should be used for general reference only. No entity that provided data assumes any liability for any errors or omissions in it's data. If discrepancies, errors, or omissions in the data are found, Purchaser agrees to notify Larimer County GIS and Mapping Services Department. Larimer County is furnishing the data on an "AS IS" basis, without any technical or user support whatsoever, and without any representation or warranty, including but not in any manner limited to, fitness, merchantability or the accuracy and completeness of the data or map product.

Making A Purchase - There are two ways to make a purchase : (1) Order Here On-Line or (2) Walk in to the Larimer County Citizens Information Center in downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. PLease read below for more details on each option.

1) Order on-line, just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click the "Checkout" button and you will be asked to enter a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You only pay for your selected items and the applicable city, county, and state taxes and a handling fee. If you are reuesting your product to be shipped, UPS Ground fees will be configured through UPS online.

Your order will begin the shipment process immediately upon receipt of your payment.

If you choose to "make payment with invoice", rather than make an online credit card purchase, then please print a copy of your receipt and submit that with your payment.

If paying by check, please make payable to: Larimer County Print Shop.

Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email notification. This notification is an itemized receipt of your purchase, including an order number for your records.

2) If you are not comfortable ordering online, you may visit our County Store in the Citizens Information Center in downtown Fort Collins, at the new County Couthouse at 200 W Oak St, Suite 1000.

Shipping And Handling All orders appear to have a shipping fee. This particular data field reflects any applicable handling fees and/or shipping fees. All shipped orders are processed via UPS Ground. All orders over $2,000.00 are exempt from "Shipping" fees.

Delivery Schedule - Requests are processed in the order they are received. We will try to process and ship requested products immediately. However, order volume and work load may delay order processing. Therefore we ask you to allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Thank You.

Back Orders -The Geographic Information Systems department manages the map/digital data, and all products are produced within the Larimer County Print Shop. If our department is in the process of updating data, we may delay delivery in order to provide you with the most current product available. If there are any delays in processing your particular order, you will receive email notification immediately.

Tax Charges - Tax is applied in response to the point of delivery. Taxes will be applied where applicable (city, county, and state).

Credit Card Security - All credit card orders are verified by Authorize.net. Larimer County does not save your card number anywhere on our system.

Guarantee - Larimer County strives to create digital data and map products from the most current information available. All sales are final.

Privacy Policy - Larimer County does not disclose buyer's information to third parties.
