Midweeks and Workenders
Larimer County programs designed for people to serve their jail sentence in weekly two-day intervals while serving the community by day and staying in a residential facility overnight.
 
 

If you are sentenced to Midweeks, you will report to the facility by 8 am Tuesday and then stay through 5 pm Wednesday.  

If you are sentenced to Workenders, you will report to the facility by 8 am Saturday and then stay through 5 pm Sunday.  

FAQs

  1. You are required to begin on your start date (stay of execution or SOE) as listed in your court paperwork. Your court paperwork will designate whether you must serve Midweeks or Workenders.  You must report by 8:00 am at the 2307 Midpoint Drive, Door #1, Fort Collins, CO.  You will need to bring identification and your court paperwork.  You may not attend both programs. 

  2. Your current charge(s) and criminal history will be reviewed to determine your eligibility.  You will be notified if you are ineligible and other option(s) to serve your sentence will be discussed.

  3. There is no good time given in the Midweek and Workender programs. 

  4. You will be required to pay $10.00 per day and $5.00 for the overnight.  If you are reinstated by your Probation Officer, you will be charged a $30.00 reinstatement fee.  If receiving concurrent UPS (community service) credit, you will pay an additional $100.00.  Cash, checks, credit and debit cards are accepted.  Exact change required. 

  5. You will sign a payment agreement on the last day of your sentence.  If you are unable to pay your fees after signing a payment agreement, you will be sent to a collection agency, BAS Receivable Management, Inc. The contact number is (970) 484-2101. 

    If you completed your sentence after December 1, 2017 and owe a balance, you will need to contact Pay My Jailer at (866) 494-8556 to set up paying your fees. 

  6. If sentenced to Midweeks, you are required to be in attendance each Tuesday, Wednesday overnight and Wednesday. You will be released by 5:00 pm on Wednesday. 

    If sentenced to Workenders, you are required to be in attendance each Saturday, Saturday overnight and Sunday. You will be released by 5:00 pm on Sunday. 

  7. You will be assigned to a specific bunk in the facility.

  8. If sentenced to Midweeks, you must call (970) 980-2651 before 4:00 pm on Monday or (970) 980-2650 on Tuesday between 7:00 am-9:00 am. You will only be excused for medical, family or personal emergencies that can be verified. 

    If sentenced to Workenders, you must call (970) 980-2652 before 4: 00 pm Friday or (970) 980-2650 on Saturday between 7:00 am-9:00 am. You will only be excused for medical, family or personal emergencies that can be verified. 

  9. BA tests will be administered each day you are in the program.

  10. Work crews may be indoors or outdoors to include working in the mountains.  Basic general labor will be performed on work crews. 

  11. Shortly after checking in at the Midweek/Workender Program, you will be assigned to a crew leader who will drive you to the crew site by bus or van.

    • Clothing appropriate for work crews
      • You should wear clothing in which you can work and get dirty.
      • Work boots, tennis shoes and gloves are recommended.
    • Books/magazines
    • Handheld personal electronics without any camera capabilities (e.g., MP3 players, IPods, Nooks) 
    • Lunch for Saturday (Workenders) or Tuesday (Midweeks)
    • One standard sized pillow with pillow case
    • Prescription and non-prescription medication
    • Sleeping bag or similar bedding
    • Small cooler
    • Tobacco products
    • Toiletries (e.g., shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, brush)
    • Towel
    • Water bottle
    • Cell phones
    • Electronics with camera capabilities
    • Games (e.g., cards, puzzles, board games)
    • Items containing alcohol (e.g., mouthwash)
    • Narcotic medication
    • Sandals 
    • Vapor and electronic cigarettes
  12. If sentenced to Midweeks, you must bring a lunch for Tuesday.  You will be provided with a dinner on Tuesday and breakfast and sack lunch on Wednesday. 

    If sentenced to Workenders, you must bring a lunch for Saturday.  You will be provided with a dinner on Saturday and breakfast and sack lunch on Sunday. 

     

  13. The pay phones do not accept any incoming telephone calls.  An account must be set-up in order to make outgoing telephone calls.  Please visit www.ICSolutions.com or call 1-888-506-8407 to sign up for a prepaid telephone service.  In addition, a kiosk is available in the facility to set up an account.
