Flexibly staffed jobs are jobs that provide automatic career progression to the next level after a set amount of time in the job, after a particular certification or other requirement is obtained, and/or other specific responsibilities are assigned.

Each job listed below has the requirements for movement from one job to the next in the minimum qualifications for the more senior position listed in the job description.  For example, career progression from a Social Caseworker I to a Social Caseworker II is identified in the Social Caseworker II job description.
